Andrea Hill MD, MBA, FAAP

Dr Andrea Hill received her Bachelor degree from the University of Kentucky and graduated from Texas A&M University College of Medicine in 1999. After completing her residency in 2002, she moved to Walton County, Georgia where she founded Monroe Pediatrics, Inc.

In 2012 she completed an MBA from Auburn University. She is board certified in Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the Association of Ringside Physicians.

In 2016 she lost her husband, a retired pro fighter, to suicide. Subsequent to his death he was diagnosed with Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy triggered rapidly by Acute Concussion Syndrome. As a result, Dr Hill honed her skills as one of the few female ringside physicians in the world, on a professional level, and has developed special interests in both sports concussion management and mental health.

She treats a variety of medical conditions but specializes in depression, ADHD, anxiety disorders and sports medicine, including concussion management.

She has appeared on NBC Sports, Showtime and ESPN+ working for various organizations such as Mayweather Productions and the Ultimate Fight Championship (UFC). She is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at The Medical College of Georgia as well as The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

In spite of how busy her work activities keep her, she finds plenty of time to enjoy gardening and raising her daughters to be strong women, because she believes the world needs more of them.
